Adventurous Couple Sessions

Capturing your connection in every season of life.

Not your typical photo session, it’s more like an adventurous date.

Intentionally designed to be an experience that is memorable and inspires deeper connection between you. This is about capturing who you are, and those unscripted moments of knowing, love, and adoration for your best friend: The way you look at each other after a kiss, the way he brushes your hair back out of your face, the way your bodies fit together perfectly when cuddled up, or the way you laugh together when you are being 100% yourselves.

I’ll work with you to decide on the perfect location for your session based off your preferences for surroundings, the time of year, and how much or little hiking you feel like doing (you don’t have to do any hiking, if you don’t want. to). Together, we’ll make this an experience that is truly personalized to you as a couple.

FAQ’s

  • I hear some variation of this pretty frequently, but don’t worry, everything about the experience I offer is meant to help you relax and be your best selves during your session.

  • I have an entire session planning guide which includes outfit planning which I will send over to you once booking is completed. And I’m always available to guide you through choosing outfits. I ’ve gotchu!

  • Short answer, as much as you’d like! When it’s time for me to capture your relationship I want you to feel like you’re hanging out with a friend.

  • I tailor the energy I bring and directions I give to you as a couple and the kind of experience you want to have. I am not the photographer who will pose you from your head to your toes, but I won’t leave you wondering what to do.

  • I’ve spent years gaining experience photographing in a wide range of conditions, so don’t worry if it’s overcast, rainy, or the sun is come and go. Wind and even a little bit of rain not only adds unique character to images but it can also make for a really fun time! The weather in North Idaho is unpredictable at best, so rolling with what the day brings is part of the adventure.

  • Nope. So much of the heart behind my brand is to capture couples authentically which is why I don’t alter anything beyond some discretionary (minimal) teeth whitening and removing temporary blemishes which wouldn’t normally be there such as acne, bruises, etc. (which I can also leave in if you want). If there is something which you are especially self conscious of please don’t hesitate to mention it and I will keep it in mind while shooting.
